The online store truckshop.bg is owned by BOZHINOV SIE OOD, EIK: BG101059981, with headquarters and management address: Sandanski 2800, ul. "Nikola Karev" No. 3, MOL Atanas Bojinov. The online store truckshop.bg and the services offered therein operate under the terms and conditions set out below.

Use of the website implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions listed. Therefore, if the user does not agree with one or more of the terms and conditions of use of this website, they have the right to refrain from using it, otherwise they are automatically deemed to have accepted them. Therefore, if the user does not agree with one or more of the rules for using this site, they have the right to refrain from using it, otherwise it is automatically assumed that the user accepts all conditions.

1. Registration 



Registration is necessary to contact you, and the data received (names, region, city, postal code, delivery and correspondence address, contact telephone number, and email) will be used solely for delivery purposes. Please fill in your details in Bulgarian (Cyrillic) and check that everything has been entered correctly. The user provides their data voluntarily and thereby grants the store staff the right to use it for official purposes.
New users can register using the registration form available on the website's home page or when placing an order. Filling in the details creates an account that makes future shopping easier. If you do not wish to register, you can place an order as a guest of the store using a simplified procedure. In this case, however, you will not be able to view your previous orders and take advantage of the PROMOTIONS AND BONUSES offered by TRUCKSHOP.BG.

2. How do I shop at TRUCKSHOP.BG?



If you have already made your choice and decided to purchase goods from TRUCKSHOP.BG, you need to go to the individual page of the product you have selected and click on the Add to Cart button. This will take you to the next page, which shows the status of your cart. Here you can adjust the items and quantities you have ordered. To delete a product, simply click on the red "X". Using the Refresh button, you can always see the current status of your cart. Once you have decided on the items and quantities you want to purchase, you must continue by clicking on the Order button. This will redirect you to the page where you need to identify yourself as a customer if you already have an account with TRUCKSHOP.BG, or register as a new customer if you have not done so yet.

2.1 If you are a registered customer , you must enter your email and password for access and press the Login button.

2.2 If you are a new customer , register and continue your order.

  2.3 If you want to place an order as a guest of the store, select the desired product and go to its individual page. Click on the Add to Cart button and you will see the desired product and its quantity. Click on the Order button, where you can select the way you want to order – in this case – Guest Order , in the third position.

On the next page, you will see your details. Please check and correct them if there are any changes before pressing the Next Step button. On this page, you must select your payment and delivery methods. If you would like to receive an invoice with VAT, please check the Do you want an invoice? box. In the field below, you can fill in the details for issuing the invoice or provide other special instructions. In order to prepare the document, you need to provide us with complete details: company name, EIK, address, contact person. If you have any comments or special instructions, you can also write them in this field.

The Next Step button will take you to the confirmation page. There you will confirm your final order, as well as the amount you need to pay. To do this, please click the Finalize Order button.

2.4 I forgot my password, how do I log in again with my old account?

In the upper left corner of the screen is the Login button, click it and you will see a link for Forgotten Password. Enter your email address and you will receive a password to log in to TRUCKSHOP.BG .

2.5 How do I see the status of my orders?

To see the status of your orders, you must log in to your account, after logging in to the Login menu (located on the left side, in the category column immediately below them) and click the Orders button.

3. ON PAYMENT TERMS

*Payment in the truckshop.bg online store can be made in the following ways:

3.1 Cash on delivery – the consumer pays for the goods to the courier upon receipt.

3.2 By bank transfer - payment by card, the consumer pays for the goods in advance by transferring the amount to a bank account after providing a link (internet address) - Pay by Link

- Pay by Link or payment link is sent after a prepared offer including the product(s) and calculated delivery price if any and subsequent communication and consent from the client. When such is sent and the client clicks on the link, he will be redirected to the secure payment page of UBB Bank - where payments are processed according to all requirements of the card organizations.


- Payments by debit/credit card are accepted (Visa, MasterCard, Diners, B-card)
- Transactions are carried out through the Verified by Visa security programs and MasterCard Secure Code
- In cases where a refund is required for an order paid with a debit or credit card, the refund will be made to the same card/account with which the payment was made.

3.3 Installment Purchase

Financing from UniCredit Bulbank AD.
The consumer is given a choice of repayment plans, as well as the presence or absence of an initial payment. Upon approval by the financing institution, the consumer signs and receives an electronic Loan Agreement, and the seller ships the order according to the specified delivery terms.


3.4 Promo code - discount code purchase the user can use a discount code (a unique combination of letters and numbers) issued by the online store. Discount codes are valid subject to the terms and conditions for which they were issued. The discount is deducted from the final amount excluding delivery.

The discount code is one-time and is entered by the user in the designated field immediately before confirming the order.
The online store determines the terms and conditions under which each discount code can be used, and the maximum/minimum value of orders for which it will be valid.
Only one discount code can be used per order.
In the case of returning a product paid for with a discount code - the promo code is deducted from the amount subject to refund.
A discount code cannot be applied to already discounted products.

4. Payment in the physical store can be made in the following ways:

4 Delivery!

The TRUCKSHOP.BG team reserves the right to change the method of delivery and payment.

The shipping price displayed is INDICATIVE! When packaging the product(s), a different shipping price may be calculated. If there is a change, we will contact you for confirmation before shipping.

The ORDER OVER 500 BGN FREE DELIVERY service is valid only for the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.   and   applies under the following conditions:

- Total value over 500.00 BGN excluding VAT
- up to 30 kg.
- With package dimensions up to 50x50x50 cm.
- Delivery time is up to 24 hours (for goods in stock). The order must be received in the online platform by 4:30 p.m. on the day preceding delivery.
- Orders with "Free Shipping" are delivered to an Econt or Speedy office

5. Warranty and Complaints

The warranty terms of each product are individual, and claims are approved by the manufacturer (supplier) of the goods.

Warranty and claims are accepted after inspection of the item(s) in question, for which purpose they must be returned to the Merchant, with delivery costs borne by the Customer.

When filing a claim, the packaging with the product labels must be provided along with the accompanying documents with which the goods were received.

6. Returns and exchanges

The consumer has the right, without owing compensation or penalty and without giving a reason, to refuse or return the goods within 14 days of receiving them, provided that they are returned in the form in which they were received, without being used and in an undamaged commercial condition. The goods are returned together with all accompanying documents, and the transport costs are covered by the buyer. This is mentioned in Art. 55 of the ZPA.

All returns on credit notes, reversals and others for which amounts are due are made by bank transfer.

In cases where a refund is required for an order paid for with a debit or credit card, the refund will be made to the same card/account with which the payment was made.

When filling out the return/complaint form and entering the bank account - the money will be returned to the specified one. Bozhinov Sie OOD is not responsible for an incorrectly entered bank account. Please check whether the data you have entered is correct.

The refund period is 7 (seven) days from the receipt of the item(s) at our location by courier or personal delivery. For items that meet the requirements - without being used and in an undamaged commercial condition. For goods/items for complaint, the time required to send them to the manufacturer for consideration of the case may take up to 30 (thirty) days.

7. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE CLIENT/USER

7.1 The Client/User has the opportunity to view and order the advertised goods in the e-shop www.truckshop.bg
7.2 The Client/User has the right to be informed about the status of their order.
7.3 The Client/User has the right to use the services of truckshop.bg and upon completing an order agrees to the terms of the truckshop.bg website.
7.4 Each Client/User using the online store truckshop.bg agrees to comply with Bulgarian legislation, the constitution and laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and recognized international acts, and not to violate the property or non-property interests of others.
7.5 The customer undertakes to provide an accurate and valid telephone number, delivery address and email address, to pay the price of the goods/items, to pay the delivery costs - (unless otherwise stated) according to the conditions described in the delivery and payment information and to ensure access and the possibility of receiving the goods/items.
7.6 Each registered User has the ability to edit and update the personal data submitted in their profile, as well as remove them from the database, along with the registration ( GDPR )
7.7 In case of refusal to receive the goods/e, except in the cases described below, the refusal is considered unfounded and the client/consumer is obliged to pay the costs of delivery and return of the goods/e.
7.8 The Client/Consumer has the right to refuse to receive the goods/goods requested for purchase by him/her when they visibly do not correspond to the purchase request, when the price upon receipt does not correspond to the price due.

8. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE MERCHANT

8.1 BOZHINOV SIE OOD has the right to retain materials and information located on the server of www.truckshop.bg
8.2 BOZHINOV SIE OOD has the right at any time, without notifying the Client/User, when the latter uses the services in violation of these terms and conditions, as well as at the discretion of the administrator, to terminate, suspend or change the services provided in connection with the use of the site.
8.3 BOZHINOV SIE OOD, after receiving payment, is obliged to transfer to the Client/User the ownership of the goods/items requested for purchase, to check and deliver the requested goods on time.
8.4 BOZHINOV SIE OOD undertakes to confirm the availability of the ordered goods/goods or to cancel the order within a reasonable period of time.
8.5 The consultations or assistance provided by the employees of BOZHINOV SIE OOD in connection with the use of the services by the users does not give rise to any liability or obligations for BOZHINOV SIE OOD. The company is not liable for the inaccuracy of the information about the goods provided by the manufacturer.
8.6 Information about/from users may be used by BOZHINOV SIE OOD to improve the services offered. All purposes for which BOZHINOV SIE OOD will use the information will be in accordance with Bulgarian legislation and applicable international acts.
In case of disagreement on the part of the user, the information can be removed with an explicit request sent to the email address - servicetruckshop@gmail.com.
8.7 BOZHINOV SIE OOD is not liable for failure to fulfill its obligations under this contract in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
8.8 BOZHINOV SIE OOD has the right to change the design and technology of the site and the services provided without prior notice to the Client/User.
8.9 BOZHINOV SIE OOD does not guarantee in any way the accuracy, completeness and up-to-dateness of the information on the site. The volume of information is large and requires resources, which means that omissions and inaccuracies may occur, for which it is not responsible.
8.10 If an incorrect or incorrect address, contact person and/or telephone number is provided when submitting the application, BOZHINOV SIE OOD is not bound by any obligation to fulfill the order.

9. WITHDRAWAL FROM A DISTANCE CONTRACT AND PURCHASE OF GOODS

9.1 Pursuant to Art. 50 of the Consumer Protection Act /CPA/ , a User who has the status of a consumer within the meaning of the CPA has the right to withdraw from the distance sales contract and request the return of the ordered and purchased goods/s within 14 days, counting from the date of receipt of the goods/s by the User or by a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the User, or when the User has ordered many goods with one order, which are delivered separately, counting from the date on which the User or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the User receives the last goods/s. The conditions required for the return are:

• The User shall notify the Supplier in advance by phone, email - servicetruckshop@gmail.com or on site at the physical store, citing Art. 50 of the ZPA as the reason for withdrawing from the distance selling contract. To send a completed "Complaints" form indicating a bank account for the return of the paid amount.
• The original packaging, protective stickers and other markings placed by the manufacturer must not be damaged and the product must not have been opened and used - the integrity must not be compromised.

9.4 In case of failure to comply with the specified conditions, the Supplier reserves the right to refuse to accept the returned goods/s and accordingly not to refund the full amount of the amounts paid by the User. The User has no right of refusal with respect to goods/s and circumstances falling within the scope of Art. 57 of the ZPA .
9.5 All transport and any other costs of returning the goods are entirely at the expense of the User. Until the moment of the return of the goods by the User to the Supplier, the risk of accidental damage or loss is borne entirely by the User.
9.6 The Consumer shall send or hand over the goods to the Supplier without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the date on which the Consumer notified the Supplier of his withdrawal from the distance contract. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if the Consumer sends or hands over the goods to the Supplier before the expiry of the 14-day period.
