Terms of use
The TRUCKSHOP.BG online store and the services offered in it operate under the conditions and rules mentioned below. Use of the website implies acceptance of all listed terms and conditions. Therefore, if the user does not agree with one or more of the rules of use of this site, he has the right to refrain from using it, otherwise it is automatically considered that the user accepts all the conditions.

Registration
The registration is necessary to contact you and the received data (names, district, city, postal code, delivery and correspondence address, contact phone and email) will be used only for the needs of delivery. Fill in your data in Bulgarian (Cyrillic) and check that everything is entered correctly. The user provides his data voluntarily and thus gives the right for their official use by the staff of the store.
The registration of a new user is done from the registration form, available from the title page of the site or at the time of the order. By filling in the data, an account is created, which facilitates the next shopping. If you do not want to register, you have the opportunity to place an order as a guest of the store with a simplified procedure. In this case, however, you will not be able to view your previous orders and take advantage of PROMOTIONS AND BONUSES offered by TRUCKSHOP.BG
How to shop at TRUCKSHOP.BG?
If you have already made your choice and decided to buy a product from TRUCKSHOP.BG , you should go to the individual page of the product you have chosen and click on the Add to cart button. It will take you to the next page, which shows the status of your cart. Here you can adjust the items and quantities you have ordered. To delete a product, simply press the red "X". With the Update button you can always see the current status of your cart. Once you have decided that these are the items and quantities you want to buy, you must proceed using the Order button. It will redirect you to the page where you need to identify yourself as a customer, if you already have an account created in TRUCKSHOP.BG , to register as a new customer if you have not already done so.
1. If you are a registered customer , you must enter your email and password to access and press the Login button.
2. If you are a new customer , register and continue the order.
3. If you want to place an order as a guest of the store, select the product you want and go to its individual page. Click on the Add to cart button and you will see the desired product and its quantity. Click the Order button, where you can select the way you want to order - in this case - Guest Order , in the third position.
You will see your details on the next page. Please check and correct if there is a change before pressing the Next Step button. On this page you must select payment and delivery methods. If you want to receive an invoice with VAT, please tick the box Do you want an invoice? In the field below you can fill in the data for its issuance or give other special instructions. In order to prepare the document you need to provide us with complete data: company name, UIC, address, mall. In case you have any remarks or special instructions, you can also write them in this column.
The Next Step button will take you to the confirmation page. There you will confirm your final order and the amount you have to pay. To do this, please click the Finish Order button.
I forgot my password, how do I log in again with my old account?
In the upper left corner of the screen is the Login button, press it and you will see a link for Forgotten Password. Enter your email address and you will receive a password to log in to TRUCKSHOP.BG .
How do I see the status of my orders?
To see the status of your orders you need to log in to your account, after logging in the Login menu (located on the left side, in the column of categories immediately below them) and click the Orders button.
Delivery and Payment!
The TRUCKSHOP.BG team reserves the right to change the method of delivery and payment.
The delivery price that is visualized is INDICATIVE! When packing a product/s, it is possible to calculate a different delivery price. If there is a change, we will give feedback for confirmation before sending.
The service ORDER OVER BGN 500 FREE DELIVERY is valid only for the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and valid under the following conditions:
- The order must be made and completed by the customer through the online store
* (for items such as discs, pads, drums, chains and others weighing more than 15 kg. delivery is negotiable)
* Orders placed after 16:00 !!!
Due to the technological time required for processing each order, it is possible to place an order after 16:00. to stay for processing for the next working day !
Warranty and Complaint
The warranty conditions of each product are individual, and complaints are approved by the manufacturer (supplier) of the product.
Warranty and claim are accepted after review of the item (s) in question, and for this purpose it is necessary to return to the Merchant, and the delivery costs are borne by the Customer.
When making a claim for a complaint, the packaging with the product labels must be provided together with the accompanying documents with which the goods were received.
Return and exchange
The consumer has the right, without due compensation or penalty and without stating a reason, to refuse or return the goods within 14 days of receipt, provided that it is returned in the form in which it was received, without being used and intact commercial type. The goods are returned together with all the accompanying documents and the transport costs are covered by the buyer. This is mentioned in Art. 55 of the CPA.
